Tom: and we're back, with Thomas Rogers, the bassist for Romancing the Undead.

Thomas: hey all

Tom: So Thomas, you told me earlier during the commercials that after a few shows some major problems with the band started to develop.

Thomas: Yeah, a lot of terrible things mate... but some things, weren't so bad...



"Come on mate, it's not the end of the world." Thomas said to a miserable looking Zero. "No man, Hina was my life... I... I can't believe she broke up with me." said Zero sounding like he was going to cry again. Thomas patted him on the back and pulled him up. "Hey, it's alright, they say there are two girls for every guy, maybe she was just one of the two." said Thomas trying to console his friend. Thomas' phone rang and he looked at the caller ID, it was the police. "Oh god... what now?" said Thomas answering the phone. "Thomas! I got arrested by the pigs!" yelled Vladamir over the phone. "What did you do?" asked Thomas holding the phone  little away from his face, since Vladamir was so loud. "They caught me drinking and driving, and I kinda... crashed through a building, and the people who were with me are in the hospital, but man you gotta bail me out!" said Vladamir very fast. "Zero did you hear that?" asked Thomas. Zero nodded and took the phone. "Hey you looser, you can bail yourself out, we're done with you, all you do is be an ass to everyone and do stupid crap and get everyone in trouble, you ain't in the band anymore, and you ain't our friend neither, see you never looser." then Zero hung up the phone and handed it back to Thomas. "He deserves it mate, he was never really our friend anyway... but now we're down a singer, and a drummer, remember that Tavey could only perform those last few gigs then he had to sell his kit?" said Thomas holding up four fingers then putting down two counting off the people in the band. "God... this just keeps getting worse..." said Zero putting his face in his hands. "I hate to say it, but yeah it is." said Thomas looking a little down himself.
A few days passed and Thomas hadn't heard from Zero in awhile so he decided to call him up. The phone rang a few times and then Zero answered. "Hey..." he said simply. "Hey mate, where have you been?" thomas asked concerned for his friend. "I've.. been out, but I found us a possible drummer." said Zero, his voice sounding like he had something in his mouth. "Thats great, you eating something?" asked Thomas. "No... I'll explain when I see you, meet me at that tattoo parlor downtown in a bit." said Zero with his suddenly weird sounding voice. "Alright, I know the one... see you in a bit mate." said Thomas hanging up and pulling on a shirt and getting into his car. He drove to the tattoo parlor wondering why of all places to meet it would be here. Thomas walked in and walked up to the counter. "Can I help you?" said a girl with violet hair and a sweet voice. "Um, yeah, I'm looking for my friend, tall, white hair, wearing a wool cap?" said Thomas suddenly feeling a little nervous. "Oh your Thomas? Your cuter than I thought you would be, yeah Zero's just getting finished up." she smiled at him and jumped over the counter and lead Thomas into the back room. Zero was in a chair and holding his head. "He's a little out of it right now, I'll be right back." she said to Thomas and walking out and closing the door. Thomas walked up to Zero. "Hey mate, why are you in here?" he asked quietly. Zero looked up with a guilty look on his face. He now had a lot of piercings, snake bites, a nose ring, a safety pin through one eyebrow and a ring through the other and his ears had at least six rings all together. "What happened to you?" asked Thomas slightly shocked at this sudden change in appearance. "Well... I kinda just didn't feel right after... her... So I came here and, well I got all these for free, since I got them all today, The guy who did them said I must have the highest pain tolerance he's ever seen... I have one in a place that is a little uncomfortable." he said shifting a little, and Thomas got what he meant and looked at him in disbelief. "You got... that pierced?" he said wincing slightly at the thought. "Yeah, but it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would, the guy working here said they are gonna put my picture up since I didn't even pass out after all these." he said quietly laughing then stopping and putting a hand on his mouth. "Now I know why you sounded so funny." said Thomas exasperated. Zero got up and whispered to Thomas. "Hey, you saw the bird at the front yeah?" Zero was looking around in over exaggerated motions. "Yeah... she's... pretty." said Thomas feeling a little nervous. "You know I told her about you, she was pretty interested." said Zero winking at him but not really looking at him. "Really? well um... should I ask her out or something?" said Thomas back. "I'd really like that." said the girl from the front counter. Zero chuckled as Thomas slowly turned around to see her standing right behind him smiling at him. "And you think I'm pretty?" she said putting a finger on her lip and looking up at him cutely. Zero tried to stifle his laughs at Thomas, who was hopeless with girls he liked. "Y-yeah." was all he could say since he was so nervous. She held out her hand. "My name is Nyx." she said smiling at him. Thomas reached for her hand and when he took it she pulled him up to her and kissed him on the cheek. Thomas fell backwards and was blushing furiously as Nyx laughed at his reaction. "You act like you've never been kissed!" she said laughing and pulling him back on his feet. "I haven't..." he said very quietly. Nyx grinned at him. "You've never been kissed? You're joking right?" she said putting her hands behind her back and looking up at him. "Nope, this Brit's never been kissed!" said Zero putting an arm around Thomas and laughing. "Hmm... interesting." she said grinning at Thomas playfully.  Zero pulled Nyx into the hug and turned Thomas to look at her. "This Thomas, is our new drummer." said Zero smiling happily, then wincing at the pain in his lips.


Tom: Wow, that how you guys found Nyx?

Thomas: yeah mate, we found our drummer at a tattoo and piercing parlor in downtown london.

Tom: well how about the singer?

Thomas: oh yeah, the one Zero fell for, well that story is pretty interesting...
